We're so happy to have our friends Sasha Davies and Michael Claypool of Clay Pigeon Winery joining us for just such an occasion. This urban winery in Southeast Portland is dedicated to the lost art of cellar-aged wines. Wines that not only taste of place and varietals, but evolve and transform with time.
To accompany such lovely company, the incredibly lux and thoughtful bottles, and to celebrate the season hitting a relieving and lovely time for produce, the kitchen at Field has designed a very fresh fresh tasting menu to make you "mmmm" and "ahhhh" as we dive into the Spring goodness.
