When Shadows Fall is a blend of ales fermented in oak. This blend consists of stock brewed in February 2023 and April 2023 and was bottle conditioned with a blend of neutral wine yeast and Brettanomyces.

Barrel #1 – wheat based ale with coriander fermented with a house mixed culture in a red wine barrel. Hopped with aged Hallertau Tradition and Motueka.
Barrel #2 – wheat based lager fermented with Brettanomyces in a Grenache barrel with Sunny Honey blackberry honey. Hopped with aged Hallertau Tradition, Nectaron, Talus and Zappa. Refermented on Hayton Farms black raspberries from the 2023 harvest.
