Field Bar & Bottle Shop

Holiday 4-Pack

Four glorious bottles curated by your Field friends!

'Brusco! (NV)
Cantina Sociale Formigine Pedemontana
Emilia-Romagna, Italy

A delightfully festive red Lambrusco di Grasparossa perfect for popping with your pre-party aperitivi! Really, though, this inky black-fruited 'Brusco is easy and crushable, and will fit in with whatever you throw at it.

Les 2 Terres (2023)
Domaine des Cognettes
Loire Valley, France

Keep it classy, keep it cool with Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie, and shuck some oysters or cracked crab with this one. 100% Melon de Bourgogne, with a slick mineral core of granite and salty Atlantic breeze drift away on soft orchard fruits and tart malic acid.

Time Machine Rouge (2023)
Bow & Arrow
Willamette Valley, OR

Our pal Scott Frank of Bow & Arrow, in Portland pulls top-shelf Pinot Noir, Gamay and Cabernet Franc from the same barrels that make up his single-varietal cuvées for his annual daily drinker, Time Machine. Imminently quaffable and versatile as an entertaining (or post-entertaining) treat, Time Machine has punchy acid and an herbaceous nose, followed by black currant, Italian plum and crunchy red cranberry.

Nebbiolo (2023)
Ioppa
Colline Novaresi, Piedmont, Italy

Northern Italy's classic favorite, Nebbiolo shines through with beautiful clarity, like a garnet or ruby in a glass and clean, bright fruit. Ioppa punches above with rosey, perfumed overtones, but retains its structure and tannins behind a pillowy soft extraction that makes for an elegant pour with your main course.
