Herout Micro-Cuvée n°3 (2019)

Micro-Cuvée n°3 is a unique cuvée which is distinguished by its beautiful tannic structure with notes of fresh pears.

This cuvée is the result of a 6-month fermentation in Burgundy oak barrels having contained Chardonnay and Pinot noir, then blended before bottling without any addition of gas. After natural foaming, the bottles are aged for 20 months before disgorging.

Best to accompany some fresh seafood, ceviche, shellfish, etc.
