The start of the year has been a doozy, and we're so glad to finally to be at cruising altitude and be able to hit the Dope Dinner series once again. We'd love love love to have you join us for some gorgeous wines and beautiful food! How about this next Tuesday, March 19th at 6pm?


We're thrilled to welcome our friend Ramón Parera of Celler Pardas to Field's 9th Dope Dinner! Ramón is no stranger to Field, and we've been trying to convince him to do a dinner with us the past few years, and it finally worked.

Ramón is one of only eleven producers crafting Corpinnat, a distinguished designation for ultra lux, high-quality, organic sparkling wines that celebrate the rich terroir and tradition of Catalonia. Emblematic of dedicated farming, ethically minded winemaking, and a profound commitment to quality, this exquisite bubbly will gracefully inaugurate our evening, spotlighting Ramón’s dedication to organic viticulture, dry-farming, and natural cellar practices.
The ethos of Corpinnat is rooted in meticulous care and excellence, highlighting not only Ramón's holistic approach but also his steadfast commitment to the quality and sustainability that distinguishes these remarkable wines. With a keen focus on native Penedès grape varieties, Ramón specializes in highlighting the unique characteristics of varietals such as Sumoll and Xarel-lo, alongside the 'Riesling of the Mediterranean,' Malvasía de Sitges.

We warmly invite you to join us for an evening dedicated to celebrating the distinctive terroir and vibrant essence of Penedès.

AND! To accompany such lovely company, the kitchen at Ike, Inna, and McKayla have designed some magic to make you "mmmm" and "ahhhh" as we celebrate Ramón, amazing Spanish wine, and of course, the days getting longer phewwwwww.

If it's your first time attending a Dope Dinner, there are a few different seating options. We setup a few communal tables along the banquette bench, this is for folks who love hanging out and meeting new people.
Window counter seats are especially nice for a little date night with just you and your bestie or  sweetie.
Bar seating is also quite fun, and you'll get some extra face-time with your favorite Field friends who'll be taking care of you.
The menu is set as-is and we are unable to make any large substitutions due to our tiny kitchen and small staff size.

FAQ Logistical Goodness

- The price is inclusive of the full dinner and beverage pairings.

- This price is before sales tax, which is 10.3% in Tacoma.

- We charge a 20% service charge in lieu of the traditional tip. This service charge assists us in paying our staff a consistent, thriving wage, as well as company benefits that contribute to a healthy life-work balance.

We're going to put together those cute two person tables and make communal tables of 6-8 people, and you may sit with some wonderful new friends! If that style doesn't sound like your jam, checkout the bar or window counter seats.

This event is non-refundable due to our very small space and planning purposes, BUT you may transfer them to some buddies if you are unable to attend at the last minute. Just shoot us a message and let us know who the lucky ones are!

The menu is set as-is and we are unable to make any large substitutions due to our size in staff and space.

We do truly love cooking for vegans and vegetarians, or folks with other preferences, and we would love if you would join us for dinner another night. We'll make you something beautiful!
